What we collect, and why

Forms. How to stock, Plan a gift or event and Bring ATF to my city: your name, phone, email, city or outlet, pincode and what you wrote, with the box you ticked and when. To reply to you, and, only if you ticked the box for it, to tell you when ATF is near you.

The game. Water the Bloom: your first name, mobile number, your times and the boxes you ticked. To run the contest and contact winners. Your first name and time are shown on the board; your number never is. To keep it to one game a day, your phone keeps a random number in a cookie, and we keep a scrambled form of your internet address.

Tastings. If you try ATF at one of our tastings, our team notes your answers: your age group, what you thought, and only if you agree, your phone or Instagram, to tell you when we launch. Your first name is optional. To improve the drinks and decide where to sell them. Summaries of the answers may be read by our AI service (Anthropic's Claude) to write reports for us; contact details are never sent to it.

Team sign-in. For our own team only: name, email, phone, and a password we store scrambled.

What we don't collect. No analytics, no advertising trackers. The only cookies are the game's one-game-a-day cookie and, for our team, the sign-in cookie.

Who else handles it. We don't sell your details. They're handled only by the services that run this site for us: GoDaddy (hosting), Zoho (our email), Anthropic (tasting reports, as above) and, for prize delivery, a courier. The store map loads from OpenStreetMap, which, like any website, sees your device's internet address.

How long we keep it. Enquiries, 12 months. Game entries, 3 months after the month ends; winners' details, 12 months, for delivery records. City requests, 24 months or until we reach your city. Tasting answers, 24 months; contact details from tastings, 12 months. You can ask us to delete any of it sooner.

Your rights. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent, by writing to care@atfbev.com. We reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Under 18. The site and the game are for people aged 18 and over, and we don't knowingly collect details from anyone younger. At tastings, we never note the name or contact details of anyone under 18.

Changes. We'll post any change here with a new date.
