Questions,answered short.

Is it alcoholic?

No. Nothing in a Fizzr is alcoholic. If you want it in a cocktail, that's on the Bloom page, and that part is up to you.

Is it sweet?

Lightly. There's 6.5 g of added sugar per 100 mL, printed on every can. It tastes bright and dry, not syrupy.

Any caffeine?

None. It's the cold drink for when you've had enough coffee.

How long does it keep, and how do I store it?

Six months from the day it's made; the best-before date is on the bottom of the can. Keep it cool and dry, out of the sun. Serve it chilled.

How do I mix it?

Ice, one part spirit, four parts Fizzr. Or start with the six serves on the Bloom page.

Why ₹120?

Flower extract costs more than flavoring, and we make small batches.

Why sugar, and not sweeteners?

Because the flower is quiet and sugar stays out of its way. The long answer is on What's in it.

What are INS 330 and 331(iii)?

Citric acid, the acid in lemons and limes, and trisodium citrate, its gentler cousin, which keeps the tartness even from the first sip to the last.

Is the colour added?

Yes. It's a natural colour, INS 163, and it's on the ingredient list.

Where can I buy it?

At the stores on Find us, and on Amazon.

Can I stock it at my café, bar or store?

Yes. Start on For bars & stores.

What's the QR code on the can?

Got a minute? Scan it. There's a game, and a prize every month.
